Is the information I share private?

Everything you share with Boulder is kept completely confidential, whether it's through video visits, messaging with your care team, or anything else within the Boulder app. Our platform is secure and HIPAA-compliant, and we will never share your personal information without your permission.
What medications do you prescribe for opioid use disorder?
Our clinicians work with each patient to create a medication plan that’s best for them. We most often prescribe buprenorphine medications because they are safe and effective tools for reaching recovery goals and living longer, healthier lives.
What is telehealth?
Treatment through Boulder is entirely digital, which means that patients meet and connect with their providers through secure video and messaging in the Boulder App on their smartphones.
Offering treatment via telehealth makes care easy to access anytime, anywhere — patients complete visits from home or wherever they feel most comfortable. They can pick up prescriptions at their local pharmacy or can often have medications mailed to them.
